Luxury Spa & Hotel | Electrical Infrastructure & High-Voltage Upgrade
Hardtech Engineering Services recently completed a major electrical package for a £16m luxury leisure development. Our contract, valued at £1.8m, involved comprehensive electrical installations and a significant upgrade to the site’s high-voltage (HV) infrastructure to support the facility’s expanded power requirements.
The project covered high-traffic public areas, as well as essential back-of-house spaces including commercial kitchens, offices, and staff welfare zones.
The Implementation
The project required a methodical approach to ensure that the existing hotel and spa facilities could remain fully operational throughout the build. We collaborated closely with various design partners to integrate complex systems that met the client’s vision for a world-class destination. This required a high level of precision to ensure the technical infrastructure was as seamless and refined as the guest-facing environment.
