Agricultural Auction Mart | Full M&E Design & Build Solution

Hardtech Engineering Services were brought in by the lead contractor at the earliest design stage to develop the complete mechanical and electrical package for a new Regional Agricultural & Livestock Trading Centre. This was a multifaceted build, requiring an integrated solution for an office suite, auction hall, restaurant, and livestock pens.

The Project

Being involved from day one allowed us to work closely with the client and its other subcontractors, ensuring the building services were both energy-efficient and cost-effective. We delivered a full "design and build" solution, making sure the needs of each zone - from high-traffic public areas to specialised auction rings - were met seamlessly.

• Full M&E Integration: We managed everything from the initial design to the final commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems.
• Building Services: Our team installed the heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems, alongside all hot and cold-water services.
• Power & Safety: We handled the full electrical layout, including data networks, fire alarms, and internal/external lighting.
• Sanitary & Plant: The project encompassed all sanitary ware and mechanical wiring, providing a turnkey result for the client.
